Items are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 working days within Australia for delivery after the order has been dispatched (generally 1-3 days) and 2-3 weeks for International orders.
Returns
A 30 day money back guarantee is provided, if within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied with the product you may return it undamaged and in as new condition and we will refund you for the purchase of the product. The cost for returning the product is your responsibility.
If you would like to take up this offer you will need to obtain a RETURN AUTHORITY number via email first. No returns will be accepted for products returned without a RETURN AUTHORITY number.
